Answerio — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Answerio application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Answerio is a virtual phone assistant that answers calls on your behalf when you are unavailable. The assistant takes messages, informs callers about your services, and records conversations for your later review.

3. Subscription

Answerio offers a free tier and a premium subscription:

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Call Forwarding

Answerio uses your carrier's call forwarding feature (USSD codes) to redirect unanswered calls to our service. Call forwarding availability depends on your carrier and plan. Prepaid plans may not support call forwarding. Standard carrier charges for call forwarding may apply.

5. Call Recording

Answerio records calls answered by the virtual assistant on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding call recording and for informing callers that their call may be recorded. We recommend including a recording disclosure in the assistant's greeting.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Call quality depends on your carrier and network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed calls, failed forwarding, or recording failures.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by disabling call forwarding and uninstalling the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law
