ScamSlayer — Terms of Use

Effective: June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ScamSlayer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ScamSlayer is an AI-powered spam call handler. When you reject a call, it is forwarded to an AI persona that engages the scammer and wastes their time. All calls are recorded for your review.

3. Subscription

ScamSlayer offers a free tier and a premium subscription:

• Free: 2 calls per month, default personas only.
• ScamSlayer Premium Monthly: Unlimited calls, custom personas, and priority support.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.

4. Call Forwarding

ScamSlayer uses your carrier's call forwarding feature (USSD codes) to redirect rejected calls to our AI service. Call forwarding availability depends on your carrier and plan. Prepaid plans may not support call forwarding. Standard carrier charges for call forwarding may apply.

5. Call Recording

ScamSlayer records all calls handled by the AI persona. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding call recording. The recordings are stored on our servers and can be deleted at any time from within the app.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid phone number to use the service.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes, harassment, or fraud.
• You are responsible for the content of your custom persona descriptions.
• ScamSlayer is intended for use against unwanted spam and scam calls only.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Call quality depends on your carrier and network conditions. We do not guarantee that the AI will successfully engage every scammer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed calls, failed forwarding, or recording failures.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by disabling call forwarding and uninstalling the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
